Occult Truth Is Nature Without the Veil of the Senses

Thirty-four pages with a contents page and abstract of central ideas, *arranged as four numbered propositions* rather than as continuous argument, which makes a long file easy to navigate.

The first proposition names the image the whole file uses: the Beacon-Light of occult truth is nature without the illusory veil of the senses — the Rainbow of Hope, and our only hope. The second is about the direction in which wisdom works, and it is stated as a mechanism: true wisdom, being a projection of our perceptive consciousness, acts from within outward and not the reverse, awakening the spiritual senses and the power to act, whereas brain power and logic, being outward-looking, can only serve the interests of lower minds. Under that heading comes the sharpest line in the file, and it is aimed at both traditions at once: the Hindu yogi and the Christian hermit are both accomplished egoists. The Beacon-Light is then defined again as the essence of truth hidden beneath and beyond external appearances — inner wisdom, not the cerebrations of earth-bound minds. The third proposition turns that into ethics: inner wisdom is the Wisdom of Love and a code of sublime ethics, whose noble ideals alone can empower people to reject what the file calls the parasitic plants of human fabrication, choking all goodness and truth in the world. The fourth is historical and stands somewhat apart from the rest — a claim that the ancient Egyptians were the Ethiopians of the East, who came from Lankā or Ceylon, a colony of dark-skinned Aryans, the Dravidians of southern India, who took an already existing civilisation with them to Egypt. A closing section returns to the motto of the whole site, that truth is our religion and dogma, with the observation that he who dissipates the darkness of ignorance by the torch of truth awakens in our benumbed souls the faculty of distinguishing the true from the false.
