Proposition 1: The One Light for All

Fourteen pages, subtitled Examples of aspects, epithets, and synonyms of pre-cosmic, non-atomic differentiations of the One Element. That subtitle is an honest description: *this file is closer to a glossary than to an essay*, and its use is as a place to look up a term met elsewhere in the series.

The epigraph is the passage the title comes from, in which Blavatsky speaks of one eternal Truth and one infinite changeless Spirit of Love, Truth and Wisdom in the Universe, as one Light for all, in which we live and move and have our being — closing on the injunction that we are all brothers and should love, help and mutually defend each other against any spirit of untruth or deception, without distinction of race, creed or colour. The body is arranged in short headed sections. The precosmic ultimates are listed first, beginning with the Absolute Whole and the statement that All is One. A triple law is then set out as governing both universe and man, its three terms given a section each: Karma as the First Cause, unknown and unknowable; Yajna as compassion and sacrifice; and Karma-Action as what gives rise to the Yugas or cycles. The precosmic stages follow, with Kama-Eros-Pothos together with Nous ever yearning for self-analysing reflection, the First Logos as Divine Thought radiating from the Spiritual Sun, and Mulaprakriti as creative nature emanating from a physical sun. The file ends on a quieter note, with two short sections on what the Logos is in us, and on the Amaranthine Dream, followed by a page of suggested reading.
