The subject is the genealogy and gender of the Logos and its light, and the claim is that through the androgynous energy of that light — which links the subjective thought of the Logos to objective matter — all things visible and invisible are produced. The relations are stated as a set of matching pairs: as Vach is the daughter and the mother of the Logos, so Isis is the daughter and the mother of Osiris, who is Horus. Aditi-Vach, the feminine Logos, is identified with the Sephirah of the Kabbalah, the Great Sea. A distinction is drawn firmly between two registers which the file says are poles apart — the noumenal and the phenomenal, the metaphysical and the physical — and it is used to make a point about scripture that would otherwise sound merely provocative: that Lot was guilty of physical incest with his daughters whereas Prajapati accomplished the same thing allegorically. The general rule offered is that every god and goddess of the ancient pantheons is androgynous in his or her genealogy. The last section is the one a reader is most likely to have come for, and it is asked as a plain question rather than assumed: can women attain adeptship?
