Eastern and Kabbalistic Cosmogonies Are Identical

*A single chart sheet, dated 14 February 2017, drawn after The Secret Doctrine volume I page 200, as a commentary on Stanza VI shloka 6. It is one of three one-page charts in this section that belong together, the others being The Pythagorean World, Root of Illusion and The One Ray strides through 7 Regions in 3 Steps*.

The sheet is laid out symmetrically on a pale ground. A yellow triangle occupies the top, lettered along its two sloping sides: The Ideal Triangle, The Divine and Formless World of Spirit, and The Three Higher Planes of the Septenary Cosmos, with its apex numbered 1 and its base corners numbered 2 and 3. Beneath it stands a wide panel divided into four rows and labelled down the left margin Four Cosmic Vehicles of Form — Akashic, Spiritual, Manasic and Physical. Inside the panel, two circles hold the same lettered scheme twice over. The left circle is labelled Eastern Gupta-Vidya Globes and carries seven lettered globes, A and G at the top, B and F below, C and E beneath them with F at the centre, and D alone at the foot marked Earth. The right circle is labelled Chaldean Kabbalah Sephiroth and repeats the arrangement with the Hebrew names attached — Geburah and Chesed at the top, Hod and Netzach lower, and Malkuth at the foot. Between the two circles run the labels World 1 to World 4. To the right, a further column gives the four Kabbalistic worlds — Archetypal Atziluth, Creative Briah, Formative Yetzirah and Material Asiah — set against the four letters I, H, V, H, with Macroprosopus, Father-Mother bracketing the upper pair and Microprosopus, The Son the lower. Six numbered footnotes run along the bottom, one of which is worth knowing before reading the chart: Archetypal here is not to be taken in the Platonists' sense of a world existing in the mind of the Deity, but as a world made as a first model, to be followed and improved upon by the worlds succeeding it physically, though deteriorating in purity.
