Drawing 2: Our Fourth Planetary Round

*A single-page diagram*, the second of the seven drawings, showing our current fourth planetary round — one of the seven — passing through seven planets and informing forty-nine root-races.

The picture is set on a turquoise ground and arranged as an open horseshoe of pale spheres rising from A at the lower left, through B, C and D at the top, and down again through E, F and G. Over each sphere is laid a coloured six-pointed star like a snowflake, each in different colours, so that the sequence of planets reads as a sequence of distinct qualities rather than identical globes. The caption at the top marks Planet D as the present position — our beautiful Earth, fulcrum of the Maha Manvantara, with its seven root-races. The note at the left explains the mechanism the drawing exists to show: as soon as each planet transfers its life and energy to the next for a further round of activity, planetary obscuration occurs, so that humanity can rest in between. Beneath it a table gives the duration of humanity on each planet during its period of activity, rising in even steps from 11,020,408 years on Planet A to 77,142,856 on Planet G, and totalling 308,571,414.
