*A single page holding a single sentence*, and the only file in the section taken from a street rather than from a book. It records what a wall poster at the bottom of Knight Street, off Berry Street in Liverpool, proclaimed on 23 November 2001.

The sentence is: love is the condition of being human. Nothing is added to it — no commentary, no source beyond the date and the street, and no attempt to connect it to the doctrine set out elsewhere in the series. That is the point of including it. Where the rest of these files trace ideas through Plotinus, the Upanishads or the Secret Doctrine, this one notes a formulation that appeared anonymously on a wall in a British city and was thought worth keeping. It is the shortest item in the library, and a reader who arrives here should expect a sentence rather than an essay.
