The most practical file in this batch, and the one that connects the metaphysical scheme to anatomy. The compiler's preparatory notes restate the framework used in Principles and Forces in Nature and Man — the Seven Primordial Lights manifested from Light Unmanifested as Divine Principles, the principles of man as their bright reflections, tattvas and bhutas as the principles and aspects of cosmos and man, lokas and talas as the divine and worldly planes, and colours and sounds as spiritual numerals, colour being Atman, sound Buddhi and proportion of numbers the higher Manas.

The larger half is William Quan Judge's elaboration, and it proceeds organ by organ: the Sthula-Sharira first, then the heart, the brain, the liver and stomach, the spleen, the blood, the sympathetic system and the spinal column. Several of these have files of their own in this section — the heart as the organ of spiritual consciousness, the blood as the first incarnation of the universal fluid, the spleen as the seat of the Linga-sharira — so this is the file that holds them together, and the one to read first if the separate treatments seem disconnected. It is also where the correspondence given in the section Overview, of the heart to the higher triad and the liver and spleen to the quaternary, is worked out at length.
